Trip Overview
Beautiful hike through the Huarán valley, in the Urubamba mountain range. We start in Saywapata, traversing a beautiful valley with native forests for about 4 hours of ascent until we reach the high-Andean community of Cancha Cancha. Here we will be welcomed by a local family with a delicious lunch. We will get to know their home, traditional textiles, agriculture, livestock, and share an authentic experience with Andean nature and culture. On the second day, we visit the sacred Wasan Qocha lagoon.

Itinerary
We depart from Urubamba by private transport to Saywapata.
Start of the uphill hike (approx. 4 hours).
Arrival at Cancha Cancha and reception at a local family's home. Lunch and rest.
Share with the family, learn about their agriculture, textiles, and animals. Visit to Yanaqocha lagoon for an Andean offering.
Dinner and rest.
